What is enablement & Why do you need it? 

Enablement is providing your team with the necessary tools, content, training, and guidance to effectively engage with buyers/donors throughout the time you are cultivating a relationship, aka "the cycle," ultimately allowing them to efficiently secure opportunities more successfully. It involves equipping team members with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively interact with customers/donors and prospects at every buying/donation journey stage.

Content: Who gets what & when?

Marketing invests time and resources to promote your cause, but donors need personalized reasons to give. Collaborate with the development team to tailor content that resonates—showcasing financial impact for one donor or sharing a recipient's story for another. It not only matters what you provide, but when you provide it. Map out the donor profile and align it with content. 

Training

Tim Ferris's book, "The Tribe of Mentors," speaks of the benefit of questions. He calls out that the focus is the order of the questions. When speaking with a prospective donor, how do you earn the opportunity to ask for the gift? Together, we can map out the process to get the right results
